A. If you rent a tent, we generally deliver the day before your event and pick up afterward, depending on the weather.

A. Deliveries typically occur between 7 AM and 12 PM unless a specific time has been arranged. We will contact you the day before your event to confirm the time.
Q. Must I be present for the delivery?
A. Yes, either you or an authorized person at least 18 years old must be present at the time of delivery.
Q. Is your party equipment clean?
A. Absolutely! Our inflatable jumpers are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each rental.
Q. Can I have an inflatable jumper at a park or forest preserve?
A. Yes, but you may need a permit. Contact the park or forest preserve to verify their requirements. You may also need an insurance certificate and a portable generator, both of which we can provide for an additional fee.
Q. Is Anthony’s Tents and Inflatable Bouncers insured?
A. Yes, we carry General Liability Insurance from a reputable provider.
Q. Can a park, forest preserve, or organization be added to Anthony’s Tents and Inflatable Bouncers’ insurance policy?
A. Yes, for an additional $100, we can add them to our policy and provide a Certificate of Insurance.
Q. How many tables will fit in the tents?
A. Each table need 100-square-foot and can typically accommodate:

Q. How much space is needed for my inflatable jumper?
A. A minimum of 5 feet of clearance is required on all sides. Ensure the area is free from overhead hazards such as tree branches and power lines.
Q. What type of surface is required?
A. The setup area must be flat and free of debris, pet waste, rocks, or any objects that could cause damage. We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors. If you have an underground sprinkler system, ensure it is turned off.
Q. Can you set up on a garage or deck?
A. No, it is unsafe to set up inflatables on elevated surfaces.
Q. What type of power is required?
A. The blower needs a 120V, 20-amp, dedicated circuit within 100 feet of the inflatable. If one is unavailable, we can provide a portable generator for an additional charge.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, a deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required to secure your rental. Payment can be made via credit card, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard. A $50 fee applies to returned checks. Credit card payments can be processed over the phone.
Q. What if I need to cancel my reservation?
A. You can cancel your reservation by calling 224-627-1606. Cancellations made at least 7 days before your event will receive store credit for the full deposit amount, valid for 2 months. No full refunds will be issued.
